BLANCHARD Odile
Lecturer in economics, a graduate of the Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC), she also holds a thesis in energy economics.
She was Visiting Fellow at the World Resources Institute in Washington (USA) in 2001-2002 and Visiting Professor at Lewis and Clark College, Portland, Oregon (USA) in 2006-2007. His research focuses on various economic issues related to energy management and climate change:
– individual behavior in the face of energy management and the fight against climate change, willingness to pay;
– greenhouse gas assessments and action plans to improve energy efficiency; –
exploration of possible avenues for increased participation of industrialized and developing countries in the effort to mitigate the anthropogenic greenhouse effect.
